    Sir my maintenance calories is 2200 nd I eat daily 2200 the same but I burn calories more than 500 in a day like weight training or walking so it is calories deficit or not? Please help me in this.

    Sir mera thoda sa fatty liver hai but 1 hr tak daily gym karna chahta hu. But mujhe thoda confusion hai gym karna hai to protein powder bhi chahiye. Kya fatty liver walon ko gym kar sakte hain ya nahi. Please reply
