Don’t agree with any point made here. My family has been vegetarian for generations and lived a long life without any diseases and even now non vegetarians ask me the secrets of my family’s health and trying to eat more vegetarian.
Every 3 years theres a new trend of diets everywhere & now its protien based sources & most of these dieticians follow datas standards which ironically keeps changing every single year diet fads .... first place not all can offord paneer everyday & how many who afford real pure unadultrated paneer & how many even ufvthey do hv time to make at home even if paneer is made at home how can u gaurentee standards of paneer made fm milk .... diet industry has been now more confusing complex than making simple .

(1) For normal health - Normal food with Good amount of pulse and milk.
(2) If Gym: Add whey protein in Normal diet.
Additionally you can add food which contains Vitamin B12 & D, Calcium (because veg people has deficiency of B12, D and calcium)
