One question popping in my head.... If we drink plain water in the morning on an empty stomach... Wether regular water or lukewarm water.... Or with lemon juice and honey..... Will that also like eating fruit... Carry away all the good bacteria...

I have done some toxicity studies on non-stick cookware...and indeed it is bad for health.
But that thing about not eating fruits in the morning is confusing..some ayurvedic people say the contrary..she seems to be saying the contrary to what others say over certain matters.We need to do our own bit of research through clinical studies to confirm our doubts. Because i do have some doubts about what she is saying.

Can you please clarify what is gut , you referring here. If stomach is gut then stomach release acid then it kills all the bacteria. If intestines are gut you are referring, then some says body take longer time to run from the intestines, as they are much longer in belly. Can you clarify

After starvation mode all night, fruits are a blessing in the morning. No need to hsve dry fruits and milk & curd toh definitely not with fruits. Every seasonal fruit is superb, and offers huge health benefits. Diabetecs are no exception. I have tonnes of fruits in the morning and am still losing weight. To obtsin numerous health benefits fruits are best consumed on an empty stomach and never after meals. NEVER
For the last 4 years, I have been having fruits on an empty stomach. and feeling always greater, no diseases. till today. and fruits should be eaten on an empty stomach only. because it digests directly in the intestine only. and its digestion timing is also less. if we eat fruits after any meal it will ferment there itself.

I heard stomach acid damages the antioxidants in fruits. Fruits are supposed to go to intestine by eating first as stomach sends it down qyickly. Eating after food keeps them longer in stomach and gets damaged by stomach acid.
