As an overweight person, this conversation felt so real from both sides. Like so many of us, you can tell both of these people have had their own mental journeys with weight. Girls like Sara are so different from us in status and popularity but this is one thing that makes her human for the audiences, the way she speaks about her struggle with food and weight gain. It makes us all more understanding of who she is as a person.
Sara comes across as a real genuine person. She is doing her best to make her mark in the world. She is one star kid I really like for her honesty and passion and most importantly genuineness. She is often criticized for her blue blood but if you take away the stardom and royalty, she still appears as an honest, hard working,fun human being to me, and that's why she is adorable.
This is why i encourage criticism if someone calls me fat and to lose weight. I don't label them as fat phobic and body shamming. Instead I know that obesity isn't good for my health so i try to change by working out.
What if someone has medical condition due to that unable to lose weight and according to you we should constantly pulling them down arey aap weight he nhi control kar rahe ho... until unless if we don't know about person completely we should not comment on their body if we say then definitely we are body shaming no if but to justify..

I lost my weight from 83 kg to 59 kg. I started loosing weight by just chewing 32 times. No matter what I eat I chew 32 times very slow. And I consumed 4 litres of water everyday. I quit sugar, quit junk foods. Now I sometimes take snacks but that also I chew it 40 times. So now no more weight gain too. What's important is that you should be mindful while eating anything. Mindfulness can only be possible if you are taking a small bite while chewing.
Honestly I'm so happy that she didn't try to give a fake talk about her weight loss journey like a lot other celebrities. As a person who is currently overweight and with pcos just like her trying to get on track, i appreciate her for putting this info out there.

Its easy to loose weight..you don't need to be too disciplined or anything 1) just do workout or any activity that'll make you sweat..don't count calories etc 2) bcoz of you working out.. you'll start eating mindfully... earlier you would have eaten whole cake ..but now after sweating and workout..youll automatically feel satisfied 3) don't do dopamine eating..we used to eat u know whenever feel stressed or happy etc 4) just give yourself 4 months. Just remember u have to just enjoy the process for 4 months..you'll loose weight in a process..don't count calories etc..just workout daily so you'll be mindful abt your diet..ghar ka khana khake bhi aap weight loose kar sakte ho..

I also have PCOS like Sara does. I was a cute slightly underweight child but was fat during 8th -11th grade. Till 10th esp it was pretty bad. I lost my weight just before the 12th grade - just in time to enjoy 1 year of high school popularity. I relate to these folks in this interview.
@@rosminthomas1704 its harder for people with pcos... and speaking from experience u just need to cut down on junk a bit like i didnt completely stop eating junk i reduced it to weekyly once in two weeks and stuff like that so yeah it doesnt make massive diff in small time but its something i did excercise atleast 4-5x a week and ate more fruits and yk just what my mother makes nothing speciific eh take care

I agree with her in bits and pieces. Yes, it is important to pay attention to what you eat. But the unrealistic body standards that Bollywood industry promotes in very unhealthy. It leads to body image issues even for those who would generally fall in the fit and healthy bracket. You start chasing a look rather than your overall health and end up overexerting your body and go crazy on diets. And that opens a whole can of other physical as well as mental health issues. You start judging yourself and others even for gaining a tiny bit of weight and see your worth based on your kgs and pounds. Even that affects your mental health as well as of those around you. So, the best way should be to work on your body, develop it without going overboard, eat healthy for the most part, and enjoy life in between.

Our body is a temple. Once you start exercising, you enjoy it, even small exercises like walking more or doing stairs more, etc, skating for me has been a fun form or exercise. When you feel more active and feel your muscles more energized and stronger it makes you feel so good. I haven’t worked out for a few days, got my period and got a little busy but I’m gonna get back on it. Be gentle with yourself be easy with yourself But also enjoy your workouts. I try to run 1 lap nonstop or more if I can. Then take a break for minute or two if you have to then run one more. If I take breaks inbetween I can run 4-5 laps which I couldn’t do 2 months ago. Also start with walking, or more gentler exercises to warm up. Your stamina will build daily and you will feel good. Also I love black chickpea salads with fruits, cucumbers, lemon juice. You can add fruits or veggies make it sweet or savoury. Drink lemon juice, water, sattoo (chickpea and barley flour drink) for energy and delicious tastez Health is wealth. ❤ Kudos to this chick! You know how motivating it is for beautiful overweight girls who don’t think they’re beautiful and just feel they’re ugly. A glow up involves self love, emotionally, physically, mentally and also everyday As you do eat something as a treat, or as you haven’t worked out and it’s Okay. As some one who was over weight(88kg) and after loosing substantial amount of weight(65kg), I can relate every bit, at 88 kg I was like F***k everything, let me enjoy my food, at one point I had gallon of ice cream in a weekend, now I'am scared to have 1 scoop in 15 days. but loosing weight, feel more energetic and younger, Sugar is biggest enemy and everyone should avoid/ restrict sugar at all cost.

I'm a 27-year-old Bengali woman, and I have never been in the obese category. Most days, I stay overweight on the weighing scale (approximately 4-5 kilos above the normal range). I have been a big food lover since childhood. I eat all types of food throughout the year and never diet. I sometimes feel guilty about my fitness level, especially when I check lean social media influencers. My workout schedule includes 10 minutes of warm-ups, 30 minutes of yoga, and 10 minutes of meditation for only 14 days a month. I am happy with my physique and blessed with a good metabolism. It's very true. Weight gain and eating junk and processed food causes hormone imbalance. Regular exercise and a healthy diet of fruits and vegetables are key habits to having a correct hormone and normal physiological cycles, Sp in women.
It is not wrong to talk of health issues associated with obesity and its impact on hormones, mental health, focus, concentration etc. Problem is when people just mock and fat shame others or hate on others or assume others must be eating a lot or must be stupid or low IQ because they are fat or making cheap jokes or remarks on others. Mocking is wrong. Taking care of health is more important and I think family plays a huge role in teaching healthy eating habits from day one and not feeding junk to kids and not ordering from outside every day. And not allowing emotional eating. I think Sara may have taken to binge eating and emotional eating due to divorce of her parents affecting her as a kid. She does not say it but divorce does affect kids. I had a friend who gained lot of weight and neglected his health after his dad left him and his mom and his nani also died and no one from his paternal or maternal side supported him or his mom.

Too much too quick try build muscle
Our body is a temple.
Once you start exercising, you enjoy it, even small exercises like walking more or doing stairs more, etc, skating for me has been a fun form or exercise. When you feel more active and feel your muscles more energized and stronger it makes you feel so good. I haven’t worked out for a few days, got my period and got a little busy but I’m gonna get back on it.
Be gentle with yourself be easy with yourself
But also enjoy your workouts.
I try to run 1 lap nonstop or more if I can.
Then take a break for minute or two if you have to then run one more. If I take breaks inbetween I can run 4-5 laps which I couldn’t do 2 months ago.
Also start with walking, or more gentler exercises to warm up.
Your stamina will build daily and you will feel good.
Also I love black chickpea salads with fruits, cucumbers, lemon juice. You can add fruits or veggies make it sweet or savoury.
Drink lemon juice, water, sattoo (chickpea and barley flour drink) for energy and delicious tastez

As some one who was over weight(88kg) and after loosing substantial amount of weight(65kg), I can relate every bit, at 88 kg I was like F***k everything, let me enjoy my food, at one point I had gallon of ice cream in a weekend, now I'am scared to have 1 scoop in 15 days. but loosing weight, feel more energetic and younger, Sugar is biggest enemy and everyone should avoid/ restrict sugar at all cost.
Yaaar! I was 82 and 68 now and due to some family stress, i ate a family pack of icecream. Im freaking out, afraid to go into that spiral again😢

I have been a big food lover since childhood. I eat all types of food throughout the year and never diet. It's very true. Weight gain and eating junk and processed food causes hormone imbalance. Regular exercise and a healthy diet of fruits and vegetables are key habits to having a correct hormone and normal physiological cycles, Sp in women.
It is not wrong to talk of health issues associated with obesity and its impact on hormones, mental health, focus, concentration etc. Problem is when people just mock and fat shame others or hate on others or assume others must be eating a lot or must be stupid or low IQ because they are fat or making cheap jokes or remarks on others. Mocking is wrong. Taking care of health is more important and I think family plays a huge role in teaching healthy eating habits from day one and not feeding junk to kids and not ordering from outside every day. And not allowing emotional eating. I think Sara may have taken to binge eating and emotional eating due to divorce of her parents affecting her as a kid. She does not say it but divorce does affect kids. I had a friend who gained lot of weight and neglected his health after his dad left him and his mom and his nani also died and no one from his paternal or maternal side supported him or his mom.

I started my journey from January 24 and still going on with it. Its true that body shape and waight doesn't matter untill you are suffering from any problem because of this. So whoever is struggling with their overweight plz guys don't lose hope and start you journey from the time you feel that you have to make yourself happy.
