@@mysteriousvideos6267 first of all, It's never too late to start. But it's a long run. Like a marathon. Talking about first couple of months, you will see some tiny changes. Like your metabolism will improve. Your sleep quality will improve. Depending on the factor whether you are a beginner or not. If you have had some past experience in the gym, you can see some visible changes. But as you said you are skinny and 58, I am assuming you are a newbie. Give yourself time. Don't aim to build muscle within 9 weeks. It doesn't work like that unless you are on juice. Rather aim to be fit for the lifetime. Try to hit the gym for as long as you are alive. Mindset is everything. And how you perceive fitness defines the way you hit the gym. Here's a thumb rule. Try to slowly increase your calories. 4 meals a day. Then make it 5. Eat enough protein. Every meal should be balanced. Avoid alcohol and junk as much as possible. Avoid added sugar. Sleep for at least 7 hours. Drink water. 4-5 days of compound movements in the gym. Some isolation. Works fine. Always aim to build muscle. But don't rush. Slow but steady wins the race. Fitness is not a destination. It's a journey. You got this, champ.
My dad had a lean athletic body but i never believed him because he was fat and i was too. Then i started doing 100push ups everyday and my fat went away and i was looking best then i started my gym and 17 to 19 i build my best shape now I'm 30 fat again and started working again and in 2months I'm losing everything very quick and putting back my muscles. So yeah DNA does matter and working at a early age helps you alot till you are 50.

Hi Siddharth, Can you please give a workout routine in which we only have to do 3-4 exercises a day, so that we can wrap it up in half hour and then procees for cardio and streching (half n hour) and do it for 6 days a week.You have showed something like this in your vlogs. But it was only for 3 days.
Hello Siddharth can you please make a 6 days workout routine that only takes 40-45 min so that you can do little cardio, stretching after that so over all it will take only less than an hour, I have researched thoroughly on youtube and wasn't able to find something like this, all other science based channels are focusing on maximalism, but majority of people have time issue, Please that will also be one of your most viewed video because this problem is so genuine, there's no or very few workout routine like this out there in fitness community for free. Or can you please suggest a video that deals with this problem.
