I am 52. I used to work out 10 years ago. I started again: a 4-mile walk followed by 2 hours of weight training, 5 times a week. After 5 weeks, my body was fed up, and my mind lost interest. I gave up. This is now. I mean right now. Nov 14 2024. Feels like journaling, lol. This video gave me some clues. I will start again, but as hard. "my ego is writing checks, my body can't cash.

I have since lost 16 kgs with intermittent fasting, 10000 steps and 3.5 litres of water. Down to 100kgs approximately..I now play soccer again twice a week and swim but have suffered muscle atrophy due to no weight training.
