Lovely, this means I've always been a natural skillful eater. I never gained too much of weight ever in my life, because at times when I would see I'm gaining I would control accordingly. I only have few fats instored which makes me look a little out of shape and that too noticeable when without clothes but even that goes away when I consistently exercise for 22-25 days with my own designed workouts.
I truly believe, as others have also said, this has been the best Fitness video I have watched so far. The way you pick each subject and explain is really very commendable. I have started following the regime and would continue the same till I am alive. Thank you for inspiring.

It was the best choice of my life to click the transformation video of this guy, I swear. To be honest with u I wrighed 106 kg's, my daily intake or maintenance calories was around 2500 cals, after being guided by him through vids, I started following everything I can, and made my daily intake around 900-1000 cals, without much of a prob, honestly I drank lots of water to fill me, daily 4-5 litres. And cal intake 900-1000 which mostly have protein and now in around 2 weeks I weigh 99 kg, and I swear I won't stop here. I am about to join a gym and do as he says, let's see. what can I become. Thanks coach!
This is bullshit - actually horseshit - If your maintenance calorie is around 2500 cal, under any circumstances - you must not consume anything less than 1800 calorie. In general fitness industry coach - don't understand is genetics and molecular biology. Cellular Science is a categorical discipline of study. Better talk with someone who has got a professional study in Nutrition Science.
