Bro your channel has actually changed my thinking, i have managed to lose 8 kg (89 to 81) . after hitting 78 i will go for lean bulking. Indeed fitness should be a life long goal and i am working on it, still working on my protein intake as most of the time it falls short of the required

What happens i f i only do resistance training and i avoid cardio completely

After watching your video on proteins, I stuck to including any level of protein I could. I followed it for 2 weeks consistently. i started keeping track of workouts. I got a V taper and Significant muscle development with fat loss. I eat like 70g of protein a day and less than 1800 calories. started doing full body excercises twice a week and that made the difference

Hey Siddharth. I am a vegetarian and looking to increase my protein intake and recently came across Vital Wheat Gluten. What are your thoughts about it? Theres 70 gram protein in 100 gram of it and is relatively cheap as well. So where's the catch?
I read that lysine amino acid is pretty low in Vital wheat gluten. So i plan to add besan to it. (40 gm gluten + 20 gm besan). I also consume whey in the morning and paneer in the evening. Right now I am having Soya Chunks at Lunch time.
Is this ok? Or should I look at other options. Just a student trying to save on money.

Hi Siddharth, I am following you since oct 22 and doing weight exercises at home using dumbbell along with 5000-6000 steps daily. Initially i was 95 kg but lost 15 kg. Now i have gained 3-4 kg even though I am very consistent and do workout 6 days a week. I definitely have gained muscle and look thinner. Thanks for all the information you provided.
However I am not able to completely shed my belly fat. Could you please suggest what should i do to focus on belly fat?
Also, I am taking protein supplement as suggested by you but it causes bloating and constipation even though I take ample fiber and water.

You said same and exact thing in hindi and i felt that video very plagiarized from Sean. But i honest got much better roadmap for bodybuilding from your playlist.
I am following you since some time I go to gym 4 to 5 days a week , rest of the days I run , I am 77 kg right now height 5'7",
I hit 50 to 60 GM of protein (half litter milk, 5 egg whites, 40gm soya chunks)
With this diet would be I get appropriate results???

Brother please tell me i am 5ft 8 inch 36 years individual. Weighing 90kg with muscle mass but due to injuries like acl injury on one knee and meniscural injury on another knee. Now i am suffering from an ankle fracture. I want to loose weight for the sake of my joints as i suffer a lot in winter days with lots of pain. Please tell me what should i do? I am planning to leave gym and do bicycling body weight exercise and proper diet Because when i do gym i loose fat and at the same time i gain muscles. So the amount of weight my knees has to bear is always same. Please help me with good advice.

hello Hypertroph, i am in a constant dilemma that whenever i visit a gym with avg quality of equipments with less fees and a gym with good quality of equipments but it costs hefty. But the difference I noted that I feel less pain after workout and good distribution of weights. What would you insist to join which gym ?
