    Never spent more than 40 minutes in the gym . Rules : no phone , no music , no gossips , no mirror , just short rest between sets lifting heavy weights and out of the gym .

    Hey Siddarth, I have been following your content for quite some time and I feel your knowledge of nutrition and exercise is immaculate. I have benefited greatly from your videos. While I watch all your videos on Hypertroph, I miss the content that you used to post on your another channel, Hypervlogs. In my opinion, Hypervlogs content was as important and relevant as that of Hypertroph. They showed a readymade template of how to squeeze in a workout in your busy schedule, how to create processes which enable to you to have your nutritional requirements fulfilled, how to eat out effectively in social settings and how to have fun while doing all this. I would love to see some of that content back.

    Very nuanced content hypertroph. Kudos to you. First time muscle builder.
    I have been following or doing exactly the points you have mentioned. Minimal rest. Compounds first. Walking to burn calories, and I'm fortunate enough to do my work outs in an empty gym.
    In 6 months, i have lost 10 kgs. Currently at 61 KGs And I'm about to end my cutting phase. Very happy with the results and I'm stoked to begin gaining phase and add some quality muscles.

    For the first 2 weeks in my gym, I observed that almost 80% of the members hit Chest on Monday, So I decided to hit LEGS and BICEPS on Monday.
    On Tuesday, most of them hit Back & Biceps, So I decided to go with PECS & DELTS.
    On Wednesday, People Hit Delts or Back, So I decided to hit BACK and TRICEPS .
    Then on Thu, Fri and Sun, I repeat and reverse the Exercise order.
    Here is my schedule :-
    Mon :Legs (Fast Twitch) & Biceps (Slow twitch).
    Tue : Pecs (Fast twitch) & Delts (Slow twitch)
    Wed : Back (Fast twitch) & Tri (Slow twitch).
    Thu : Biceps (Type 2A ) & Legs (Slow twitch).
    Fri : Delts ( Fast twitch) & Pecs (Slow twitch).
    Sat : Tri (Type 2A) & Back (Slow twitch) .

    Bhai ek confusion hai pls pls clear kardo request hai aapki maine over load wait wali video dekhi usme aapne bola ki ek weight set karke 1 set ke teeno exercise kar liye maan lo aapne bola ki hum chest exercise bench press laga rahe hai hum ne ek wait fix kiya 20kg pehle reps aaye 10 dusra 8reps n teesra aaya 6reps per weight only 20 agar mein bench press pe pehla set 10kg 12reps dusra 12.5kg 10reps teesra 10kg 8 reps aisa kar sakta hu kya pls reply

    Hello Coach. One query. How to design my sets of any particular exercise?? Like if I'm performing Squat or Bench Press (4 Sets each)then what should be the weight distribution?? Like should I lift the highest weight in the 1st set or the lowest and then keep on increasing the weight till my last set??

    Bro, thoda sa fast aur conscise way me content bnao. Tum faltu baate jyada kr dete ho, main matter km rehta hai.
    Motivation ya gyan hume nhi chahiye. Sirf fitness points btaya kro
    Jo baat apne btayi uska ek short and concise way hai. 30 minute me muscle fully exhaust ho jani chahiye, aisi exercises choose kro. Usually 3 exercise 3 sets are enough to blast any muscle with 10-12 rep range.
    That's it. You don't need more

      Bhai ko protein intake 1.5-2.0 gram per body weight chahiye
      1.8 per gm body weight best hai ye bhaiya ne hi bataya hai
      1.8 ko 80 se multiply krlo aur apni protein intake pata krlo
      Waise tum over weight ho
      5'9, male ki height minimum 64kg aur maximum 79.4kg hoti hai ek bar google krlo
      Protein intake nikalne ke liye apna weight×1.8 gm se multiply krlo=144 aayega
      Tum 150 gm leke chalo
