In my opinion, Hypervlogs content was as important and relevant as that of Hypertroph. They showed a readymade template of how to squeeze in a workout in your busy schedule, how to create processes which enable to you to have your nutritional requirements fulfilled, how to eat out effectively in social settings and how to have fun while doing all this. Walking to burn calories, and I'm fortunate enough to do my work outs in an empty gym. In 6 months, i have lost 10 kgs. Currently at 61 KGs And I'm about to end my cutting phase. Very happy with the results and I'm stoked to begin gaining phase and add some quality muscles.
