I don't know if you ever found that green nail polish but if you can get a hold of Salon Perfect (SP) professional nail lacquer in No. 502 "Loopy Lime" then I would highly recommend it. It's the purest shade of green I've ever found and it has kind of a neon fluorescence to it. It's under $10 too. I'm not affiliated with the company lol

I did this with my 6 month old daughter. During the elbow plank thing I had her laying down under me and she decided to create her own workout by putting her feet on my collar bones and trying to push me away. She was giggling a lot though. She loves this stuff. She's just not the kind of baby who will sit back and relax while mommy is working out though. ;P
I usually never cry during workouts, but butt exercises make me cry sooo much 😭 I don‘t even find them that hard, but something about them just gets me every single time...
I loved the heel kicks the best, so much burn!! Maybe her next "5 best" video could be for the back? Or maybe she should tell us her five favorite healthy breakfast meals! X)

In downward dog, press backwards to lift your hips towards the sky so that the weight is focused in your hamstrings. That should help with your arms. :)

Day 22 of the beginners calendar. ♡ Man I'm not feeling to good about how I did on this one. 😔 I'll try it again when I'm home alone and can have more space. On the last move move I hardly did it at all because I was afraid I'd kick things in my room, since I have a TINY amount of floor space and tons of things in my way. It doesn't help that people are home which makes me feel self conscious about working out. I'm not giving up after making it this far though! If anyone has a good solution to insufficient space and the nerves I get from my family being home on the weekends, please let me know!
+Daniela Asti I really like that idea! I'm waiting until the weather warms up a bit because it's been rather cold and snowy here, especially in the last few days. Next month could be a good start to that though! Maybe even in a could weeks if the weather cooperates.
I know this is 3 weeks late but I had great results from massaging my neck and jaw. It brings the swelling down in your face causing it to appear slimmer. :3
I did this video right after one of her intense full body videos, after the first video I was shaking like crazy, then I did this video without a break and now I am shaking more than ever! But I still finished the video without stopping and I am so proud of myself!
After 4 months of following the calendars (1 beginner and then May/June/July) today was the FIRST day I did all the videos back to back without having to hit pause or take ridiculously long breaks between each one! And I only cried once!

this helps although of course some moves are difficult because I have a sprained ankle. I wish you would make some workout videos for people who still want to workout but need adjustments because they have a sprained ankle. it would so help because I love your workouts.

I really need to work on my arm strength because I can't stay in downward dog for the last move. My arms get shakey and I fall down :(
