Okay so I'm doing the calendar and every night I end up breaking down and just start bawling because I'm so out of shape and can't handle these workouts. But today I made it trough every video!!! Improvement!

+k. leigh Stay positive! I've been doing Cassey's videos since April and I'm only just at the stage where I can finish some of them without pausing or stopping! And even when you can't finish them or still have to do beginner variations, it doesn't mean you're not improving! Every video gets you one step closer to your goal :)

OMG, when we were doing the 'Heel Kick' i didn't hear you when you said to change legs, so i kept going and did twice the reps. the whole time in was dying thinking why it was so loong!

Dear Cassey,
I've been doing this kick off video from the day it's out to today, and before in january I was doing 6min to a sexy booty and OMG this si AMAZING. I wanna say to all the girls watching you that it IS actually possible to sculpt your body and REALLY have results!! Before that I was like doing sport like running every sunday in the park during an hour and I thought it was helpful but nothing happened at all, and today I know why!
So I decided with the big motivation of 2015 to W O R K and I started with the 6 min to a sexy booty video. I was working only 6 min each day and at the end of the month my butt was so amaaazing I cant even bellieve that I did it myself! So I decided to continue even more and the 30 days Butt lift Challenge appeared :) So instead of doing the challenge I decided to work on your 10 min butt lift Challenge video each day, as I used to do with the previous one and we're now the 23rd of February and THE RESULTS ARE UNBELIEVABLE
So, Cassey and all the girls here with the same goal as me, I'm here to proove that if you want you totally can !! Never give up you'll see the results soo trust me !♥

March 31st workout complete!!! This is so great I haven't consistently worked out like this since high school and I just started doing Cassie's calendar workouts last week but I already feel amazing!! I just love being sore because then I know that I'm getting stronger :)
Hi Cassie! I really appreciate your workouts! I actually had a counselling appointment yesterday and I brought up how I was doing your workouts, and my counselor got all excited and was like, "My wife does those too! She loves her!" And I said, "Me too! She's awesome!" You effect so many people in such a happy and positive way! I love it!
I have a question: I missed three days of working out this week, so I'm only just getting to the Feb. 2 workouts. Should I skip them and go to the Feb. 5th workouts, or should I skip rest days, or what do you suggest?

Could you please do an updated version on how to stretch to become more flexible? I'm the least flexible person I know, and it seems like when I do your Pilates videos, though they are great, I don't get as much out of them as I could, because I'm not flexible enough to do some of the moves properly. My legs are especially inflexible. I tried your old Stretching for Flexibility video from about 4 years ago, and I couldn't get through it because I couldn't stretch even a quarter of the way down that you did. It would mean so much to me if you could make a new video about stretching for flexibility! Thanks for reading!

If you really want to feel those fire hydrants, make sure the stabilizing knee is really parallel to that stabilizing arm. It feels crazy.
I always laugh so hard during the bridges after she says "fortunately i'm not right there checking... but i wouldn't do that in real life either 😅 " because you can see the instant regret on her face after she says it 😂😂😂
Casey, honestly. Thank you continuing to drill "Mind over matter" into our heads. Today I did a workout at school after watching another one of your videos yesterday and I felt so determined to get it done and push beyond what my mind was telling me. You should consider shouting when we need to change legs. I was so focused on not dying that I didn't change my leg so I had to repeat it completely with the other leg so I don't have a deformed butt jajajaja it was so painful but I made it!

So I just found this channel really recently, and this is my first exercise video and I can already tell I'm going to do really well and hopefully really far with getting my body in shape because of you!! I am so happy, because you did 10 min workout video. I don't like short videos, because i have to do them multipal times and that's not working for me. So i really appreciate that 10 min long video i will also be very overwhelmed, if you will do cardio video, because you didn't do it for a while, because for me dance workout don't count. With dance workout i don't get that sweaty and i don't do enough moving and working with my body, so it will be awesome, if you will keep giving us long videos - 10 min or more, maybe cardio another time. Thanks for being you and being awesome.
