Job done correctly. Just make sure to look at the rotors edge, they're usually marked L or R. (From REAR of vehicle). If the cooling vanes in them have a direction they will overheat and warp if backward. Btw if you lose a lug bolt DO NOT BUY CONICAL, they will vibrate. Get the other ones, it matters.

on a left hand drive car would that piston be on the opposite side of yours

This oil cooler should not be cleaned, only replaced with a new one.

In the interior fuse box (beside glove box) time stamp 14:24, fuse #10 is missing for the Blower control. Should there be a 10 amp fuse? My car doesn't have it either. Thanks

129k changed all the belts pulleys put all oem Mercedes parts and still sqeaks plus the belt looks like it’s coming off from the water pump

Hello sir, my 2003 clk 200 kompressor m271 - 163hp has been having a similar problem for the past 7 years and after probably thousands spent now I still can't seem to find the problem with rough idle. and shutting off one cylinder. It works fine, but as soon as I put in neutral(it's a manual) it's turning off 1 of the cylinders and starts working with only 3. After turning the car off and on again, it's working fine again. I've replaced spark plugs,new coils, MAP sensor, MAF sensor, both o2 sensors- probably the most expensive one and still can't find what the issue is. Went to a couple mechanics and no one found the problem as they said it could be so many reasons for this. I started thinking it's the crankshaft and camshaft (have not replaced them), but the start of the car seems fine without hesitation. If you have any recommendations I would be very happy to hear. Thank you !

My pump burned out. I changed my pump, fuse, relay, solenoid and I checked the 2 vaccums they were clean. What could be wrong??. I did have an eval leak I fixed it by changing evap purge valve. But my p0410 code never goes away.

You will make that a beautiful car. Here in Ireland our biggest enemy is corrosion from salt on the roads.

W124 gives a sweet ride even after 30 years, there are issues and this one is not a show car and requires a lot of work. Would you ever buy one? What engine and body type your choice would be then?

To change the Sunroof you dont need to cut any wire. You can leave it there, but its maybe a little uncoimfortable to do it but not impossible. but I know that in this Video he want to change the cover. But anyway, tahnk you for this Video, iot helped me alot. I had changed the sunroof yesterday. One Tip form my side, you have to reprogram the sunroff to work without any problems. you have to open it to the top and wait 10 sec. then close it to the down and wait another 10 sec. And then it will work fine.

Great video! Just a heads up, the CLK 55 AMG has a slightly different differential design but still uses 14mm hex for the drain bolts so everything here in this video will work for the AMG too. The fuel filter however, if your CLK was made on or after 2004 it's possible that you will not see your filter in the same location as in this video. That's because Mercedes switched the fuel filter/fuel pump design to sit directly inside the fuel tank via a dual pump design which is both good and bad. Those later designed fuel filter/pump systems lasted longer and were more reliable but are much more expensive to replace.

What year is this car ? Does this work on c class 2009 ?

There is a specific pattern you are supposed to torque the oil filter housing bolts down, start at the middle bolt, then down, upper right, left across, down to the right, then upper left bolt last. When I replaced my oil filter housing gaskets I didnt bother draining the coolant, just pull off the oil filter housing and it drained that way. Also no need to disconnect the coolant hose and thermostat wire, just unbolt the thermostat housing and lift out of the way. After the oil filter housing was removed I then drained the oil in case there was any coolant contamination.

I have a 2008 C-300. It sat for a very long time because it “died” on me. I was told it was the intake manifold. Before my car “died” I replaced radiator/hose and the fuel pump. I have spark, fuel, and air it cranks fine but won’t turn over. What do you think is wrong?

So I made the testing circuit, but when I press the button, nothing happens. If i reverse the circuit but not connect 16 , i have led light. So I have 12 Volts on all test points but when I push it to ground with the button, nothing happens afterwards.. Why is this?
