  • Mercedes Benz ML350 W164 had multiple AC Leaks in the system, the leak detected, and the system re-gassed. If you send your car to a workshop for an AC leak detection and re-gas, the bill might be an expensive one, by buying few tools you can do this at home and it is a lot of fun too.

This saves lots of money. I notice you use "gas leak detector" to check hard-to-find leak. What gas did you fill into the AC system to detect leak? Maybe you already mentioned, my apology if that's the case !

I used 10 PSI of camping stove gas + 60 PSI of air, that makes it less dangerous and flamable. Needs caution and at your risk.

If you have to take your Mercedes-Benz to a Mechanic for AC leak detection and repair + refrigrant re-gas it might get an expensive repair, so why not do it yourself?

great Video. I've heard much about this "self made" method to fill up the ac.Will try it next time I've a leak in my system, too.

Yes mate this Hychil refrigrant is not expensive as you will only require 330 gr for an ML with 1000 gr R134 refrigrant capacity.

Thanks for the video. I wonder where you bought your o-rings from. Do you still remember the part numbers? Thanks

Ali express sells good quality A/C rebuild kit for $20 specific to your Mercedes-Benz, search for it.

Simply start from the fuse and then regulator. ruclips.net/video/dQfX7XoWcVE/видео.html
