Sorry that the repairs are getting more technical, but I haven't seen any video on this, but many Mercedes owners have had this issue that I am hoping to solve... comments and feedback are welcomed and appreciated. Thanks for watching 👀
Thanks! Who knows, someday, it will help me too.
Thank you, yes, who knows...
Great hack! SAM controls many things, if your SAM no longer charging aux battery, what other functions are not working in your SAM? I am afraid there are still hidden issues?
Thanks mate, I have no other fault code on SAM, that's why I don't like to replace it only for not charging the Aux battery.
@@BenzAddiction What is the function of the SAM module ? What are the chances of having a potentially failing voltage regulator in the Alternator?
Why is the yellow engine warning light on now?
P0014 and P0015 cam related.
good work around, what is check engine light on for.
Thanks Allan, you know early M272 loves to throw p0016 and p0017... 4 cam sensors, 4 cam magnets, low quality balancer shaft sprocket, you know why I love M112 and M113? Gotta stick to those, but I had to experience this for myself!!!
@@BenzAddiction yes just bought a w210 wagon with the m113 430 in it , what a great car
@allanriches9381 Great choice Allan, such a classic look, still decent quality great ride, and bullet proof engine and trans. Please keep sharing with us your experience, I am sure I will buy one, one day.
Thanks for this informative video. I am hoping you can help me with a similar prob!
I have a plug-in hybrid C350e 2017. the car's auxiliary battery, main battery, and starter motor are new. However, I still get the error "Stop Vehicle. Leave the engine running". Occasionally, the car also shows the warning: "Collision Prevention Assist Plus inoperative"
I placed the car on a scanner and only one error shows: U301700 - The real-time Internal Control Unit Clock Has A Malfunction.
Do you have any idea what might be causing this?
Trickle charge your 12v battery overnight and see if you get this error driving after?
Thanks for the advice, I will try that! Do you think there is a bad fuse somewhere causing this?
@blackhat356 it might be anything from dirty 12v battery poles to, bad charging system, to a not compatible battery.
