The crucial adjustment for any RWD Mercedes-Benz (Front bearings free-play)

Have you ever checked the free play of your front bearings? It is not difficult to adjust them without a dial indicator, most mechanics can adjust the adjusting nut by 2 fingers only... Please share your feedback or stories...cheers Max.
