    Thank you for this class, I loved it!! I found that when trying to lift my right leg over the block and when doing the circles with that leg that something in my hip flexor felt like it was kinda getting stuck. That hip was also making popping sounds or like tendons rolling over something, does that make sense? What do you recommend I do to help work that out? <3333

    Inside leg hang is essentially upside down Pigeon Pose (extreme air yoga lol!) So in this class we will be focusing on building hip mobility, core stability & hip flexor strength to move into this invert with ease so that you can start doing all the beautiful tricks that start from a strong inside leg hang! Perfect as a warm up or for beginner tricksters to feel comfortable with inside leg hangs!
