    Roxie, I want to hug you! This video helped me so much, and I love your energy in general!
    In case you see this, I have 2 questions:
    1. How often should/can we do this in order to see an improvement?
    2. Is it ok to move hands further away from the feet in the standing exercise, in order to be able to arch the back, or is it better to keep hands close to feet but maybe put them on yoga blocks or something?

    Omg I feel it on my right butt cheek 😢 I have my front splits but have been working on middle splits and now have this problem. I'm going to try this.
