    Just finished it. Not so flexible anymore, I am in my forties, and I hope this will help my stiff body. It is tough but I can tell it is worth it!

    hey roxie, your channel looks so bright and I love the energy you transmit. Getting ready to start this workout and I know it will be intense :D Was wondering - are there any youtube pole dancers that you follow on this platoform? having a hard time finding pole workouts and tutorials.

      Hiiii! Thank you I hope you love the class! I don't know of anyone specifically on youtube doing tutorials, usually tricks are best taught (and safer) in a live class setting. I teach an 8 week series called the Mobility Muse Masterclass that blends yoga active stretching conditioning with learning new pole tricks, very similar to this class but with tricks training as well!
