    Inside leg hang is essentially upside down Pigeon Pose (extreme air yoga lol!) So in this class we will be focusing on building hip mobility, core stability & hip flexor strength to move into this invert with ease so that you can start doing all the beautiful tricks that start from a strong inside leg hang! Perfect as a warm up or for beginner tricksters to feel comfortable with inside leg hangs!
