    Really great! Never realized how much I suffered from upper cross syndrome. Definitely helpful, would love more content on upper body stretches like for lats and shoulder blades

    It's amazing how fast you can start to suffer from this syndrome.. even though you haven't suffered from it before. I used to ignore how important chest muscles are.. thank you for this❤
