    Thank you for teaching this stuff. I just found out on Saturday that I have a herniated disc. l5 s1. I used to love dancing, specifically pole- I haven’t been able to in a year now because of my back injury. It kept coming back, and finally after a year of it waxing and waning I went and got checked, sure enough, disc hernation pressing on my nerves. 🙄 I’m on the road to recovery and I’ve been binge watching all your videos and your back story. All I can say is thank you for providing this type of support.
