As much as I enjoy Minecraft and all its insanity, the time has come for me to branch out a bit... into new and novel forms of insanity, that is. The only question that remains is what particular flavors of the stuff people are most interested in. For the next few weeks, I will be introducing one-shot episodes of various games I have been recommended or had an interest in, and will be inviting commentary from my community to determine which, if any (or all), there is interest in me trying to utterly wreck.
Today's game is Noita, a roguelite dungeon crawler focused around combat, exploration, and experimenting with a dynamic environment and massively customizable system of magic.
