The screws on the pressure mount stick out pretty far. Is that normal? Am I screwing too tight?
Possibly. The end of the bolt will stick out a little from the nut but not excessive. They don't need a lot of torque to hold tight in most situations.
Whats's going on with the website? Are you guys going to a distro only sales model?
We went direct to dealer a few months back, similar to other manufactures. This allows us to focus on manufacturing and lessen lead times dramatically. Cloud products are available at all popular online shops such as Brownells, Midway, Primary Arms, Bereli, Optics Planet, etc, as well as through distributors and local dealers. It's a win-win for customers with faster ship times and typically even better pricing.
THE COMMENT YOU’RE LOOKING FOR. 1. Press repeatedly until in program mode 2. Now DOUBLE TAP (not click) to cycle modes (this is what I needed to know) 3. Complete your input by letting the light fully intesify from the setting you want. 2 was the big step for me because he’s not mentioning it’s two fast taps to go through each setting. I would get into programming then only do single taps and suddenly be out of programming. Hope that was helpful for someone.

Just a tip, about you don’t tighten the whole flashlight so damn much ! I can’t even twist off the flash head to insert my battery not twist the back end where the touch pad mount is. Absolutely terrible.

Will it be possible to buy the REIN with the momentary only instead of the constant on only? Both are the same price aftermarket so I don’t see there being an issue with that, and I’d like to buy the light as I intend to use it instead of replacing a switch I’d never use.
The standard offering is constant on based on user feedback. Some dealers may request a different button choice, but it is not the norm. It would be best to purchase the momentary only separate and you could sell the constant if you wish. Either way, you're still coming in less than our competitors and have the performance of teh Rein.
When will the dual switch be available, for peq and cloud light. I'm in hell right now trying to make your lights work on night fighting rifles... I was told it would be out right now, is it soon or should I go with a different brand?
Yes it will. ETA has been pushed back a little due to circumstances beyond our control, but they are absolutely coming and we're excited to launch them.

Will this work with the new ProTac HL-X Pro tape switch?
There is so much cantilever. I’m worried about catching the light on a door and the torque tearing the mount.
The mounts are extremely strong. Don't canitlever the mount itself off the rail and you'll be good.
Got it and had it for a month.... battery or possible light is dead... and after use in attic for 30 mins o ring fell off light head and dead.. and reviews are in and it proves my same experience. Love the light but its just pure trash quaility. Ive used airsoft lights for $20 8 years ago that lasted longer, in way worse heat/sun... i get it china vs America but what ever dealer you guys are using is trash. I hate im defending china but seriously china is not this low in quality these days.
Sorry to hear that. It sounds like you may have received a lemon. We've had guys running these since initial launch and still going. Please contact our customer service department and we will get you taken care of.

tail cap assembly is snugAF! doesn't just pop out
I had 3 mchs and all flickerd. Multiple tail caps later all still had issues. I sold them all off. Last straw was trying to clear a house alone in the dark. All my mch duty did was flicker. I throw it back in the holster and did the job with my fenix flashlight. These lights have major design flaws and someones gunna get killed. Never again
So, I have to buy a separate tail switch if I don't use it as a weapon light? Maybe that's why it was included free with another purchase.
Not sure what you mean? The Rein is a weapon light that includes both a push button and remote switch. If you need a handheld light we have the MCH and MCH Duty line which excel in that role and fully programmable.
@@CloudDefensive I must have misunderstood. It sounded like he said that you can buy a tail cap switch separately. Are you saying that I can leave the wired portion out of the assembly and use the tail switch that came with it? I don't intend to use it as a WML. Thanks.
Where could I find the aluminum version?
Aluminum has been recently discontinued but there are still some out there. Check Amazon first then try Google search. We have one more small handful going out to distros.

This is awesome. I just wish my MCH HC hadn't acted as much as it did. I'll eventually give it another try down the road. I hope they figure out the flickering issues by then. 🍻
Shoot us an email and we'll get you taken care of. We found users were changing batteries from the tailcap and not the head as intended which can potentially cause this issue. We made revisions a while back to facilitate for this. Also, just make sure there's no crud built up on the contacts from general use.
I have 3 MCHs, 3 OWLs, and 2 Reins and none of them have ever flickered….
What kind of (I assume) dielectric grease is he shows putting on the threads before installing the head? What product do you guys recommend for this? 0:48
Correct. Nyogel is what we recommend but any non-petroleum grease will work just fine.
God I wish I could afford these. They seem awesome. I currently have a cheap $30 Amazon light on my home defense gun. Better than nothing I guess. Hopefully, in a few years I can get my hands on one of these. Awesome video guys.
