Good that you made this video. Have seen plenty of people reviewing your lights complaining about intermittent contact and clearly not understanding how to use the jack.
Question: In regards to different battery lengths, the battery my REIN came with was a Orbtronic 18350. I recently bought a couple more 18350's from the same place I bought the light, only they were Modlite (I know, right?) 18350's and are slightly longer (maybe an eighth of an inch?) and I was having connectivity issues, as I would have to find a goldilocks position for the light head to be twisted down to, which wasn't all the way. Needless to say, when I took the battery out I noticed I had smooshed it. Would I have to reposition the anchor every time I use a different length battery and CAN it be backed out? If so, without causing damage doing it over time? I have a REIN 1.0 mini anodized in FDE, one of the early FDE ones before you guys changed the recipe, and I want to say that I absolutely LOVE the way the old FDE looked... it's a cool rose-gold FDE and hits hues of purple and almost burgundy under different lighting. It's one of my all-time favorite pieces of gear and I will never paint it. REIN REIGNS SUPREME & CLOUD DEFENSIVE RULES!!!
Update, just went to the range again today after tightening the battery jack. Light was flickering and jack was loose when I got home. Does anybody actually shoot their rifles that have these lights mounted on them?
@@gkessbball11 We recommend tightening the battery jack until it bottoms out on the battery, then using a 5.56 round or something similar, tight about 1/2 rotation way further. This should help keep everything tight for you.
Over a year later, not ONE word or even a super easy and Quick to make RUclips Short little video update on the EPL... I'll Never understand why CD cannot, and WILL NOT make a little 2023 update video talking about and going over the EPL challenges, setbacks, achievements and a new and updated current prediction on when it "MAY" release...
If you're tired of waiting get a Modlight or an x300. I've been waiting too but Cloud has said numerous times they regret the tease because the scope of the work has been much more than they anticipated. I'm likely just going to get an x300 turbo for in the meantime.

Yep, common mistake. We're trying to do a better job of educating our customers.

My battery jack comes loose after every range trip. 2 different rein 3.0’s on 2 different rifles.

A plastic tool made for this purpose would be very helpful…
My battery jack is white. Is it a fake light? Is there any way to identify real cloud lights? I have 2 cloud rein 1’s.
Y’all going to put this system in your EDC lights too?
No, only our WML's.
When does a handgun light got Glocks going to come out?

We've repeatedly said we'll update you all when we have an update. Trust us, we want it more than you guys do.
