    Wow. That was a great blend of strengthening and stretching and balance. Very challenging but with all of the concentration it didn't feel like 20 minutes. Thank you.

    I was just commenting on a different person's video how challenging it is for me to push backwards from a lunge to standing and then pop! Here is your video....what timing!
    You always have fresh content! Something different than others in your library. It's impressive.
