    Thank you Mira for providing the standing pilates routine, this workout series really helps me to stay fit during the time when I had a little accident with my hand which prevented me from taking regular pilates class. 😊🩵

      Yes, the standing classes can be a big step up. The movements use more of your body and require coordination and balance. Well done on joining me on the mat and completing the class 💖
