    I really like the standing pilates classes. I also like when they combine balance exercises with strength exercises.

    Hi! I love your videos! I have a question - I think I am misunderstanding something from the first half of the video - i thought i heard you referring to something in the waist/breathing area as tibia - and i keep being confused thinking of tibia as the leg and forgetting what you were actually pointing towards - can you please help me understand? thank you!!

    The first time I actually deeply felt standing abs. Mira seems to me you're into ovarian breathing? Those exercises in the beginning reminded me of one of my favourite books..Cultivativing Female Energy by Mantak Chia
