This is great. One thing I am loving about PIlates is there is more opportunity to get a hands free overall body workout. Due to an ongoing injury I am unable to put any pressure on my left hand which has made yoga very limiting. Also love the outdoor setting!

I used this as a wonderful recovery day sess. So much good stretches, and also a bit of work to get blood to the sore muscles. Your cue to "lift the underneath waistline" during Chest Opener was invaluable: I was totally just flopped down to the floor before that cue; it adds an extra dimension to an already amazing stretch. The breathing cues in the last stretch where we walked the hands to one side then the other really deepened the stretch. Thank you!

What an incredible class! Sucha yummy balance between stretches and muscle toning. I feel incredible starting my day like this! Will come back over and over!
I have weak weak core muscles and this felt like such a nice workout. If one has a healthy diet and weight loss is a goal would you say pilates supports it? (Only ask because my doctor recommends I lose weight but I want to have an enjoyable and sustainable journey.)
I loved this so much, doing each stretch for short periods is a great idea.
