    Wow that absolutely killed my shaking everywhere! I have been HIIT weight training and running and getting tighter everyday! Plus I am a hairstylist. I think I’m going to do more Pilates now to reduce all the pain I am In

    I am so unflexible and this class was torture! :D But you make it look so easy :) Thank you for every video, I really enjoy them!

      Thank you for watching and your kind words Matea! Your legs have some of the largest muscles in your body and when they are tight it can be tough. Just give them a little stretch every day and they will become much more forgiving 💖
