thank you mira. i have asthma and often have hard time getting myself to workout bcoz of my condition but this was relaxing to do n helped me get movement in my day
I have a very tight lower back and hips causing pain. These short routines have been great to do first thing in the morning to wake my back and hips up for the day 🙏

I overdid it at work yesterday and was feeling the arthritis in my pelvis a bit, but I was able to do this workout and it felt great! Especially the cat stretch-like part that focussed on rounding the lower back only. Also appreciated the cues to bend the knees when moving from lying down to sitting up. :) Thank you!!
I did this workout again, love it still, effective and simple and compact :D

Welcome back Mira! This is brilliant, I generally do your intermediate classes but today feeling quite low and cracked due to period pain and this was just perfect ❤
I was able to go every move except the last- I suffered a compression injury in my lower spine years ago and that move it is not fond of. Your videos are so wonderful!!

Hi Mira! Is this safe for someone with fibromyalgia to do? I have terrible back pain and very tight hips😢
HI Monique, thank you for your question. It's hard for to give you a good recommend as I can not assess your condition. In general I would start with the Back Pain, Fibroids and Endometriosis workouts I have on my channel. They are very gentle and easy on your body. As you build up consistency and confidence in your body you can experiment and find what works for you.
