But I strongly recommend you find a certified Pilates instructor with advanced education specifically for your condition. You will need in-person classes to help diagnose your personal condition. I have serval clients at my studio with the same condition and I teach them all with different exercises to suit their spines. This will assist you in gaining a deeper understanding of what pilates exercises you can and can't do, also the modifications to suit your body. Once you have this new guidance, you will be empowered to come back and discover all the classes on this channel.
Yes, definitely Nicole. You should look for anything marked MOBILITY within my channel. These workouts will help to increase your mobility, but please listen to your body and work to your own level. If one exercise feels painful, either modify it or just skip that exercise.
