I loved Single Leg Bicycle on the back: it felt wonderful in the hip and leg. The Wide Frog stretch was intense, and the cue to 'settle the pelvis down' helped even more. The cue to 'recruit the pelvic floor' during that move in mermaid was so helpful. This sess was a great challenge, and so many amazing cues: thank you!
I really loved this class!! I will be doing this one once a week just to keep my knees and hips more limber and healthy. Btw, I totally relate to you when you say the wrong words! I’m a native English speaker and I do it all of the time! Though I definitely do it more than I used to since learning a second language and living in the country where I use the language. Having two languages running around in your head isn’t easy!!
I haven’t felt my tailbone/ hips this aligned since I fell on my butt when I was a kid 20 years ago now. 15 years of pt and chiropractic care didn’t do what you did for my alignment in 30 minutes. That last move is going to be a game changer, I can sit straight up now without having to lean to one side for my tailbone!!! Thank you so much!!!!! ❤❤❤
