Oooh this one was a bit painful for me, but its my back not the class, after getting off the roller and on to the mat was very much a relief. Going to focus on some other classes before coming back to this one.
When lying on the roller - am I keeping my spine pressed to the roller? Or allowing a curve in the lower back?
Great workout! Probably shouldn’t have worn a hoodie though - that was interesting when it got caught under the roller in the first exercise!
