This one is a good size (mine is the purple, 36 inches) not too big but big enough to work and roll both my legs at the same time - I took a photo holding the roller next to me just to provide a better representation of its size. I noticed some reviewers who complained that this is, “just a foam noodle”… and yes, that’s exactly what it is. It’s a high density foam roller. It is absolutely NOT the same consistency/strength/durability/ or texture as a ‘pool noodle’ thought and I disagree entirely with those that say so. As a former collegiate athlete and marathon runner, I’m comfortably giving this roller 5 stars. It’s lightweight and durable and does just what I need it to do at a budget-friendly price. Overall, I have no complaints and am happy with it!

Im so pleased for another roller video. I do the other ones at least twice a week (i find them fantastic after a strength workout) so its nice to have multiple options.

I wondered what workouts I could do using it then discovered your workouts which are brilliant … Pilates is the way forward I think now for me and the foam roller effect makes it more fun 😊

Hi Magda, instead of a foam roller you could use a big towel that you roll up tightly. You wont have the balance element like you have with a foam roller but some exercises still work well with a firm towel / blanket roll. Give it a try. 🙏😊🙏
Hi - found this class useful but as someone, despite years of pilates, with limited flexibility in hips and hamstrings, do you have any suggestions/tweaks for the moves which require straight legs?
Hi Jane, you can always keep the legs slightly bend as supposed to straight. Keep strengthening your hamstring and hip muscles combined with stretching and mobility exercises to improve your range of movement over time.
