First time doing this routine! Wow, I am dripping! Had to keep my arms at my waist for most of the class to keep my balance, posture and focus on the leg work - but I will keep coming back here and improving and hopefully being able to incorporate the arms fully as I progress. I danced a lot of ballet in my youth and my hips kept wanting to turn out so I had to focus on pulling them back in to a parallel position. Thank you for this amazing class! I am currently in the habit of doing one of your classes per day and I'm loving it!
@@Renijka666 Not pain but I felt I easier lost my balance! General tiredness in the arms is OK, but if it really is painful you can leave them out and stay careful
Yes, the standing classes are a step up in intensity as they require your full body balance and coordination. This sounds like it's a great class to mark your progress. You can add dumbbells or wrist weights to just about anything.
