    Mira, you're a wonderful teacher. I am certainly not a beginner, but this was a very valuable return to basics.

      Thank you so much! Oh I can't sell the basics hard enough. Everyone loves to go up levels. But doing the beginner exercises well will build a strong foundation and health in your body. It's better to be the master of the beginner exercises, than average at the beginner and intermediate exercises.

    What if you have wrist pain as you do your table top lift? Is there a modification to do until I build up strength in my wrist? Thank you
