I just want to tell you that you are the most beautiful girl I have ever seen in my life, your energy, your words, your presence, your smile, your voice, everything, I love everything you do, some may think this is strange, but in every video of yours that I watch, I feel your energy and enthusiasm, it makes me stronger and stronger, thank you for helping me change physically and mentally, keep providing such wonderful Pilates, you are the best Pilates instructor in the world
KILLER, but you can do anything for 15min, right? If this one done regularly doesn't change your thighs and butt, nothing will. I loved it!

Hi, I am also a size 41 and the yoga block is a little smaller than my foot. Not sure if this answers your question 😅

I just finished this workout and oh, my goodness! This has to be the best workout I've done in a very long time. It combined barre, cardio, light weights, core and a nice stretch. The time flew. I love how you provided different levels of intensity for different levels of exercisers. I'm a life-long exerciser of many decades but I was challenged. My AW registered 494 calories burned during this workout. I loved it and thank you so much for uploading it for us!
