    hi I wanted to ask you if the brick is smaller than your foot or your foot is bigger than the brick...I have a size 41 foot I wanted to know if my foot is bigger in your opinion

    I just finished this workout and oh, my goodness! This has to be the best workout I've done in a very long time. It combined barre, cardio, light weights, core and a nice stretch. The time flew. I love how you provided different levels of intensity for different levels of exercisers. I'm a life-long exerciser of many decades but I was challenged. My AW registered 494 calories burned during this workout. I loved it and thank you so much for uploading it for us!

      Thank you for your kind words! 😘 Yes you are right, Barre workouts combine ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. I personally include elements like downward facing dog in my mat routines. Hope this helps! 😘
