    Late Pregnancy 3rd Trimester - One of my followers used the video in her 3rd trimester WITH MODIFICATIONS so she suggested that it can be great for pregnancy for already experienced yogis.
    Appropriate for beginners and elderly with appropriate modifications. This is a great supplement for our strong classes and an excellent addition to our beginner classes.
    Great as a routine after some of my Interval Training Sessions, HIIT, workouts, running, bodybuilding, weightlifting, martial arts, etc.
    Great for increasing joint health, flexibility and mobility, injury prevention.
    We will work on hips, shoulders, spine, ankles, knees, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, feet. This class can increase overall flexibility.
    Great for late pregnancy with some modifications - cobra, sphinx has to be modified. You can replace with cat cow as one of our Beautiful Yoginis in her 37th week of pregnancy suggested. No twisting during pregnancy either.

    Thank you so much for sharing this!!! I have just been diagnosed with pelvic veinous congestive syndrome. These movements helped alleviate some of the pain and heaviness. Not to mention the depression brought on by this!!! xoxoxoxo

    Ali this was beautiful and the music and instruction so calming. And yes, it would be wonderful to do this after a hit class when the body would be even warmer. Thank you again for being such an inspirational teacher.

    Great gentle yoga class. It's neat to see this side of you girlie! I used to do Crossfit religiously but had to take time off for some abdominal surgery. Came across. your channel after I started healing and have been hooked. I have my go-to vids of your power yoga classes and this is a great compliment for days I want a more chill pace. You have been such an amazing inspiration to me and I appreciate everything you do. You've changed my life for the better :)
