Many of You asked for more longer classes. :) I listened and this is our new 1hr 6 minutes long Vinyasa Flow Class. It can be used by level 1 practitioners with the appropriate modifications. If you have questions about modifications please post them in the comments below. THE SEQUENCE IS GREAT FOR INCREASING FLEXIBILITY, PROGRESSIVELY WORKING ON THE BASIC STANDING YOGA POSES, GREAT FOR WEIGHT LOSS AS I AM INCLUDING TWISTS WHICH ARE GREAT FOR MID SECTION FAT REMOVAL, STANDING POSES WHICH BOOST METABOLISM, THYROID FUNCTION BALANCING POSES.The class is a classical Vinyasa Flow class that included a lot of warrior One based Vinyasa Sequences.
We are gonna work on warrior 2, side angles, pile squats, bound pile squat, kapalabhati breath, breath of fire., inner thigh stretches, hip openers. Also you may notice that Sofie (the sassy American Bulldog) was much more involved than usual in the stretching activities :-D
The class includes more than our usual floor stretching poses and it ends with some therapeutic, relaxing, calming poses. Great for times of stress, anxiety, sadness, grief, nervousness, insomnia.
Feel free to use the ending of the class on its own or after HIIT classes, workouts. If you prefer the ending as a cool down on its own let me know and I will upload it. :)

Okay, this is my first ever comment on a yoga video. I've been doing a home practice with RUclips videos for 3 years off and on. As of the last year, I have really been maintaining a daily practice and am finally ready to move on to your level 2-3 classes with confidence and ease. Today, with this class, I had a tremendous breakthrough in my practice. After the first 10 minutes, I found my breath, truly found it, and followed it through the practice. I also held my first headstand and first arm-balance. Thank you for teaching me the strength and giving me the confidence to reach these milestones!
Today I did my very first headstand, I was so excited that I couldn't stop smiling for the rest of the class! I've done this class several times, a powerful experience every time, it seems to heal the whole body and mind.This routine really helps create the building blocks to do the more challenging poses. Thanks again for creating this routine:)
Ive done over 20 of Ali's yoga workouts and this one is the most thorough of all. I feel awesome after going through this. Thanks for the high intensity stretching Ali.

This is a very relaxing class, it touches all the bases. Please consider adding more voiceover classes such as this. The flow is remarkable.

I love the peacefulness of this class in particular. I completed feeling like a new person!!! Not having music used to be torturous for me, since I think it distracted me a bit, and with your cues, this class is complete focus and mindfulness.... I've told you before, Ali, but your instruction is exceptional... I rarely look at the screen and can follow with attention and inner depth...!!! Thanks again!!! XOXO

Ali, I am just starting to get back in shape. This guided exercise was perfect to get me started (muscles shaking), but not too much to wear me out. Thanks for the ease for beginners.

Hi Ali, this is a really wonderful class, I love it! The only thing I have a lot of trouble with is the half moon pose. When I go to open my hips I feel a really sharp and acute pain in the outside of the hip of the leg I am balancing on. Do you have any tips or modification suggestions I can try to make this pain go away? I sometimes notice the feeling in other positions as well, but am usually able to adjust my pose until the pain is alleviated, however I can't seem to do so in the half moon. And advice would be very welcome!
