- Join me in a slow, gentle upper body stretch yoga practice. This practice will open the shoulders, side body, waist, neck, and arms. Enjoy mindful movement guided by breath. This practice is accessible to seniors, beginners, and those wanting a short gentle yoga class.
Sue is a certified yoga instructor, 200 hour YTT trained. She is also Thai yoga massage certified, and Reiki certified Level 1 and 2.
