    Sue is a certified yoga instructor, 200 hour YTT trained. She is also Thai yoga massage certified, and Reiki certified Level 1 and 2.

    I am in my 70's- my body is physically inflexible in part due to past endometriosis scars and abdominal surgery. The loving encouragement from Sue to listen to my body was greatly appreciated. Slow and easy. Breath is the key. She reminded me of the possible gifts yoga has to teach me. This is a perfect restart for me after many years of shying away from yoga, It is a 'gentle' yoga practice. It helped my body, mind and heart. Thank you.

    Ooo, gentle Yoga it is! Your instructions, especially those prompting when to breath in and out permitted me the joy of doing Yoga and not second guessing inconsistent breathing guidance which I've experienced in other videos. I appreciated the choices offered for some of the moves--all geared toward comfort, not forced perfection. The moves are simple and slow, which I prefer because I turn to chair Yoga to calm, soothe, and concentrate on my internal feelings which offers an extra nudge toward peace of mind. I've come away feeling "open." Thank your for this surprise "gift.!"...Anastasia

    It was definitely a gentle workout... A little too much. Also very slow and didn't cover much! Would not recommend even for beginners or seniors!
