    Sue, I have done three Yoga sessions today since Sunday is my day of rest from exercising. I must say, you are so natural in your calmness. It's infectious, and your stress on discarding perfection is...perfect. It allows me to explore during your exercises, and make corrections as I go along without self chastisement.     Greetings Sue - I often resist a chair yoga practice but was drawn to this one today since my hips have been a bit cranky. It felt so good and still challenging.       Thanks for connecting! Options are to keep hands in lap if doing chair yoga, or at heart center, by your sides, or on hips if doing a mat yoga practice. The important thing is to listen to your body and make modifications that work for you 😍
