    Very good short yet effective yoga practice. Thank you. The only suggestion I have is to repeat the asana poses 2x not just once, but that's just me. Namaste.

    Great video but wished you had done more reps for each exercise for a better workout. I'm 69 and wasn't hard at all. Still great exercises.
