I’m 27 and am an everyday yogi. I was in a bad car accident Christmas Eve and broke my pelvis. I haven’t done yoga in a month. I’m finally feeling good enough to try more movement and this was my first practice since the accident. It was so beautiful to be moving my body like this again. Thank you I would love more chair practices. 🙏
I enjoy your 10 minute sessions very much. Something like this is great for those like me who are getting older and have arthritis issues. I would enjoy more of these especially for days my aches and pains are worse than usual but I still want to practice some yoga.
Excellent practice. I did it during my lunch break at work, without the need to change clothes and get organized. I would love more training like this and maybe another 30 day challenge.

Really good for me to continue my yoga practice through rehabilitation from neck surgery. Obviously have to adapt certain moves but good and would love it to be a little longer ❤

I’m 75 and this is perfect for me. I’ve always exercised and did stretches ….. also walk around 10,000 steps a day. In my younger years I loved yoga and am happy to have this chair yoga. The joints are stiff but this is doable. Thanks again.

Thanks! I am just beginnng and will probably order your book. I am 73, have had too many rather major surgeries, including knee replacement and most currently extensive foot surgery. I still have a ‘boot’ on, but need to start restrengthening as, with all surgeries, have had too much deconditioning with too much down time! Thanks for this option that I am pretty sure I can handle… most of anyway!

Hi Kassandra, I just did this practice and WOW! You are a natural teacher…I am going for a R knee replacement a week from today, and had my L knee replaced in 2000. I am 65, suffering incredible osteoarthritis. Your video was doable, (albeit at about HALF what you did, but I DID it!) and I really appreciated your “gratitude” in summation! I have scoliosis, facets disease, spinal stenosis, and need neck surgery to release an impinged nerve😔. My BFF is coming to help care for me and I will show her this! Thank you again!
at 85 this is the best yoga i have found. I am very limited in movement, an not able to be on the floor. Thank you for this. just beginning, so hope i get more movement in the coming days and weeks. Again thank you
