    This is such a wonderful chair yoga flow! I know that this was released awhile ago, but it is a perfect sequence to provide a little gentle mobility to the entire body. And I love that it's suitable for all levels and abilities! I know I've told you before, but chair yoga classes are my favorite to plan and film too! 🥰

    Loved this, but I have a little problem. Incant cross my legs; do you have an exercise I can do.? Please; and thank you

      Hi Nancy - if you want to do ankle rotations - you don't need to cross your legs. You can just simply extend you leg in front and rotate your ankle. Thank you for your feedback!

    You are the first instructor who mentioned to round the upper back while crossing one leg over the knee so the back is not strained!

    I decided to get back into yoga after long break and found my body just not cooperating - my wrists can’t support me and my second hip is acting up (first one replaced and great!). This session was just perfect for me at this time. It’s time to admit my body is aging, I guess! 😉 and find a way to work around or build up strength instead of giving up. I enjoy how you bring in the energy movement along with the physical movement. thanks again!

    Was enjoying but the super loud intrusive ads caused me to quit early. Not conducive to peacefulness with the ads.

    I started watching it, but the sound was not very good and I had to turn on CC to understand it. But, that doesn't work well with trying to do yoga. If the acoustics (whatever they are) were better, I would watch and subscribe - looks so good.

    My MD is an amazing woman who is treating me for injury, ptsd, anxiety, and insomnia. She asked to do chair yoga. I found you. You are a perfect fit with her practice. Dr. Lavender is with 5 Journeys Newton, MA. I have given her your info. I will do this with you for two weeks, when I am with my doctor again. ❤
