I'm 80 and pretty fit, riding a bicycle over 2,000 miles each year. However, I've always been as stiff as a board. Your chair exercise is great for helping gain a little flexibility. There are 100s of chair yoga sessions on RUclips, but your's is the best IMHO. It would be great if you added one more that was just a bit more advanced. There is a huge leap in your videos from this to your standing yoga sessions, at least for a guy as stiff as me.
I am 71 years old with very bad shoulders. I also have very restricted mobility. Both of your yoga sessions have helped so much with pain relief and have made me more bendy than I have been in many a long year. I also appear to be loosing weight. Thank you so much.

one of the reason's Kiersie's sessions are better than others, is she repeats folks should do what they can. "is perfect". She doesn't demonstrate her super flexibility, she focuses on what many of us with sore joints might be able to do. And makes us feel good about just moving.
Kiersti, you are doing something for many people you may never meet. My wife and I are in our early 70s, and we know the importance of staying active. Until a few months ago, we were avid tango dancers, but my right shoulder developed tendonitis; I did physical therapy for a few months with mixed results. My wife struggled with increasing hip pain. Then about 3 weeks ago I found this video and your other videos. We have been going through this video just about every day; we do a shorter chair yoga before this one. Both of us feel better - better breathing, movement, and my shoulder, although not yet pain free, has a greater range of motion and flexibility in general is better. Thank you, and Namaste.
I have been doing chair yoga with Kirstie every morning for thirty days. As a 73 year old with osteoarthritis it has helped with my balance and joint pain. I have done levels 1, 2, and 3. I am enjoying the changes in my core and shoulders. Please Kirstie, make a video with both chair and floor. I'm ready to do more!

I am 69 years old and I started doing your chair yoga and balance exercises each day 5 months ago. By incorporating your yoga sessions with a fasting programme I have lost 56 pounds up to now, I am much more flexible and feel so much better. I can't thank you enough and I look forward to level 3!

I am 79 and have only recently started this chair yoga level 2. I am amazed how good I'm starting to feel. I had a hip replacement a few months ago and still take it easy on a couple of exercises but I am totally confident that doing this daily is going to speed up my mobility. I am 75 and noticed my right leg has much difficulty keeping my ankle on the left leg . I noticed my left leg is more flexible, do you think chair yoga will help my right leg become more flexible? I am enjoying your classes. Thank you 😊

I've only just found your channel after feeling that, as I have problems getting onto and up from the floor, chair yoga might be a good fit for me in my quest to improve my mobility and stamina. I have to say, I absolutely love these classes! I combine them with a walking workout, using these classes as a cool down and stretch, and they leave me feeling energized and relaxed. I'm already noticing a difference in my mobility and posture so thank you!
I became a regular " fan" late last year and thank you so very much for level 2. At 86 my health is excellent and I am fortunately in good physical condition but I wrestle with a chronic balance problem Your seated sessions and presentations are outstanding and help keep me both physically and emotionally centered. I start my day with you. Your seated yoga is perfect! I have multiple sclerosis and being able to move/stretch a bit helps me to feel more free. Have progressed to the second session, having begun with your first session. Even my 70 year old hubby sometimes joins me. Thank you PS Love Gizmo!

I'm 67, had two total hip replacements within the last year and a half, and both knees are bone on bone, which prevents me from doing many other types of yoga. These videos make me feel much more flexible, and energized! I have been doing your 3 chair yoga exercises for many months now. I am 72 and have a lot of arthritic joints and one knee replacement and another due. I get very stiff and found your sessions helped my flexibility to start the day. I have taken a two week break as I have been on holiday and I really notice the difference. I’m 66, with scoliosis and some arthritis. What a joy to find your videos! After the first session, I immediately felt an increase in my overall flexibility and a decrease in the tightness of my spine. My next session will be my fourth, and I’m looking forward to more positive strides in flexibility. I love you and your chair yoga and have kept up with it for a year now. The only thing I added on my own is stomach exercises, knee lifts touching the elbow....I really feel the stomach muscles doing this.

Kierstie, I happened to see your chair yoga and we loved them. Both my husband and I are 74-80 years old and we are doing it almost everyday. Oh I loved this one!!! Gave me a challenge for sure. Helped stretched my neck after my cervical fusion, and also challenged my knee prior to a complete knee replacement. I had a hip replacement a few months ago and still take it easy on a couple of exercises but I am totally confident that doing this daily is going to speed up my mobility. I am 75 and noticed my right leg has much difficulty keeping my ankle on the left leg . I noticed my left leg is more flexible, do you think chair yoga will help my right leg become more flexible? I am enjoying your classes. Thank you 😊
I recently had foot surgery and my foot is in a boot. This has been a great way to keep me moving and flexible. I really enjoy your chair yoga.

I've only just found your channel after feeling that, as I have problems getting onto and up from the floor, chair yoga might be a good fit for me in my quest to improve my mobility and stamina. I have to say, I absolutely love these classes! I combine them with a walking workout, using these classes as a cool down and stretch, and they leave me feeling energized and relaxed. I'm already noticing a difference in my mobility and posture so thank you!

I became a regular " fan" late last year and thank you so very much for level 2. At 86 my health is excellent and I am fortunately in good physical condition but I wrestle with a chronic balance problem Your seated sessions and presentations are outstanding and help keep me both physically and emotionally centered. I start my day with you. Your seated yoga is perfect! I have multiple sclerosis and being able to move/stretch a bit helps me to feel more free. Have progressed to the second session, having begun with your first session. Even my 70 year old hubby sometimes joins me. Thank you

I'm 67, had two total hip replacements within the last year and a half, and both knees are bone on bone, which prevents me from doing many other types of yoga. These videos make me feel much more flexible, and energized! I've been saying so much lately, "I'm too young to feel this damn old," but having only been following you for a couple of days, I'm already starting to feel better. Thank you!

I have been doing your 3 chair yoga exercises for many months now. I am 72 and have a lot of arthritic joints and one knee replacement and another due. I get very stiff and found your sessions helped my flexibility to start the day. I have taken a two week break as I have been on holiday and I really notice the difference. Thank you, this is an excellent series of movements, looking forward to level 3! Recovering and dealing with side effects from a nasty auto immune has made Hatha yoga and Pilates difficult. Your exercise routines are helping immensely, I am forever grateful.
I just started this today. So thankful for a COMPLETE chair yoga for senior citizens who can’t get to the floor. I feel great thank you and I to am 74 years old and walk 1-2 miles a day

I’m 66, with scoliosis and some arthritis. What a joy to find your videos! After the first session, I immediately felt an increase in my overall flexibility and a decrease in the tightness of my spine. My next session will be my fourth, and I’m looking forward to more positive strides in flexibility. I love you and your chair yoga and have kept up with it for a year now. The only thing I added on my own is stomach exercises, knee lifts touching the elbow....I really feel the stomach muscles doing this.

Kierstie, I happened to see your chair yoga and we loved them. Both my husband and I are 74-80 years old and we are doing it almost everyday.
