    Loved the gentleness. Glad I found your channel as I could not keep up with the others who are so much younger than me. I turned 66 years old yesterday and want to be kind to my body by practicing yoga but in a more to my age group. Thank you. 🌻🦋💕🙏

    I just turned 47 last week, but I suffer from arthritis -sciatica-pelvic floor issues so any stretching helps, I do it daily 50-60 min .
