  • Belly fat, also known as abdominal or visceral fat, refers to the excess fat stored around the abdomen.       Namaste, Inverted postures are the best treatments for hernia. Inversions use gravity to relieve the pressure from the abdominal wall and place the hernia back in the position of the abdomen.       Namaste, ACV may give some people indigestion or make them feel nauseated. Don't drink it on an empty stomach, and if you feel sick or throw up after you take it, stop using it.

      Namaste, Apple cider vinegar is highly acidic, much like soft drinks and fruit juices, meaning it can directly cause erosion to tooth enamel. ALWAYS drink it through a straw. This greatly minimizes how much of the acid fluid actually touches your teeth
