Are you serious? This is all fake. Chilled water is best. Sipping water is too slow. Drinking water after meals cleans your teeth. It’s liters not litres.

1. Donot drink Chilled water directly from freeze
2. Drink water sip by sip. Gulping water may lead to acid reflux.
3. Drink water while sitting.
4. Drinking water during meal. Drink water thirty minutes before meal or one hour after meal.
5. No drinking water while doing YOGA.
6. Drink sufficient water.
The best thing about Grandma is that she tells us every good things that are scientific but main point is that she explains us it with appropriate reasons... I am medical student and I 100 percent trust her words...

hmm neem, this is a new 1 sounds good! i use (not all together, would taste weird) green tea, lemon, honey, fresh aloe from my local succulant friend (gotta be fresh), rubbed mountain oregano (from othrys farm) and by adding as many fresh herbs as possible to my food! thank you for this video,🧠 love it!! 👍
