Love your sense of humour. I am 60 years and about 2 years ago I worked on my weight and came down from 86 kgs to 72 kgs but I put it on again by wrong eating habits. Now I follow a 14-16 hours fasting eating only twice a day and that too 50% food is fruit and salad. If I eat extra on one day, I compensate by eating more salad and low glycemic fruit the next day. Now I am weight is being maintained well but I still need to reduce fat around belly.

No drinking or smoking or binging junk or aerated drinks. 3 days a week of physical workouts. Only that much I can do to my health. I don’t like to calculate things. It feels too obsessive and taxing, Dr. Pal. You are inspiring and no doubt about it. I am following time-restricted feeding only because of you. I will support your trust and watch your videos. Over covid lockdown I gained around 15 kg of unnecessary weight.I was miserable and lethargic all the time.During cloth shopping later I realised my size has gone up to xl from M. That was the trigger. I started learning about intermittent fasting, resistance training, diet composition and implemented it in my life very soon.4 days a week weight training, 5 days badminton coaching. With a heavy heart I've strictly blocked carb and trans fat rich food from my in laws. 3-4 months later, I lost that 15 kg, at 71 kg now with 170 cm height. Best part, I don't look skinny either. I have decent muscle mass.Abs lines are somewhat visible.I am going to push hard till the lower tummy fat also is gone. And then resume a life of moderate exercise and dieting

Will be very helpful to know how we can balance our hormones and avoid weight gain due to hormonal imbalance. As you know, this is an extremely frustrating battle for many women who eat a 1200 calorie fibre and protein rich diet and are moderately active, yet the scales continue to show depressing results.

hi Sir by now you would have used to hearing this, but saying it anyways :P i am following the technique you suggested in 7months reduced from 94 to 71kg belly size from 100 to 93. Its phenomenal change in life now thanks a lot. I was fat kid from day i remember almost i reached the target still oru chinna malai kadakanum but i am pretty sure i will achieve it soon. The reason is because of the results i got, its not only the appreciation of the looks but how active i feel and there is immense improvement in my fitness. i had lot injuries in past in knee and back so i used to limit myself to walking and cycling for burning calories but after i shed a few pounds i started running few months back, in a aim to hit half marathon in a year. When i started running i wasn't able run 100m in single stretch. Now i am able to run 6km within 40mins. So kandipaa i will reach what i set my goal on. Since then I am have seen more than 5 of your videos in various subjects and I have become addictive to your videos and a big fan and follower. I have been promoting to my family and friends. This video and the one on hacks to belly fat, is eye opener to me. While I can say I am pretty disciplined when it comes to health habits (I have been doing regular walks + diet ~avg 10k steps/day and been able to bring my weight from 172pds (last Aug) to 161pds (Oct 2023), I was unable to do much about my belly fat. Seeing this video and learning my metrics (belly : waist ratio) is 1.4 I was surprised to learn I am obese. I understood and calculated my BMR (which is 1726) and I am going follow the prescribed diet and exercise plan to increase my BMR and my belly/waist to less than 1 by next year. Thank you again.

Super video as usual Dr.Pal!! I am 35 year old, 163 cm tall who weighed 80 Kg until last January. After lot of exercise and dieting I weigh 64 now. But my belly fat is not at all reducing anymore even with intermittent fasting. And moreover I have a pear shaped body, with such a slim upper body with big thighs and belly. So I don’t even dare to wear jeans😱🙄☹️

Time restricted diet and calorie deficit will help to reduce fat for anyone irrespective of gender :). I recently saw an video on 80yr old woman got into weight training :). If you feel you can’t get into Weight training, you can still to time restricted diet and calorie deficit will still help you to burn fat quickly. You can do any form of exercise of your choice or games.
